This position is responsible for ensuring that all Branch Operations processes are carried out in terms of agreed procedures and compliance requirements. These include but are not limited to checking transactional channel workflow, new account management, account maintenance, GL reconciliation, e-business, international documentation and loans processing. The Examiner Officer needs to be multi-skilled to check work in any of these areas in accordance with the prevailing demand.

This position reports to the Senior Relatinship Manager - Corporate. The Successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and elevating a high level of customer service to our High Valued Customer protfolio of clients. Other important priorities within the Corporate team are driving growth in loans and other products, strengthening credit practices and processes and compliance. The purpose of this role is to retain and deepen relationships with our customers through developing an understanding of their business, providing professional advice and taking ownership for seamless service delivery.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting our customer with their financial needs and delivering the right products to meet their Needs, and to ensure that customer needs are referred to the appropriate Business Partners. Contributing also to the Banks purpose and vision of being the South Pacific’s International Bank, championing prosperity for the South Pacific.
